Sous Chef, B&I Retail, City of London £38k We are recruiting for a passionate, keen and motivated Sous Chef to join our client's team based in London's Square Mile. Located in a prestigious and stunning site, the catering department provides for both staff and hospitality producing high-end food on both levels. As the Sous Chef, you will be * supporting and working alongside the Head Chef * responsible for assisting in the day to day running and management of the kitchen for staff dining * involved in creating new and innovative concepts to be ahead of competition * help drive and encourage your team with creativity and food trends Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (daytime only) As our ideal candidate, you will be * a Sous Chef with a proven work history * experienced within a high volume kitchen ideally with contract catering B&I or similar * genuinely passionate about food and ingredients * up to date with current food trends and concepts * able to lead, manage and motivate a team as well as work as a team player * financially aware, able to manage a budget and costs * flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude Think you've got what is takes?
