We are looking for two very driven and self motivated individuals to join one of our brightest and most successful Business Development Managers here at Orion, and to help take this team to it's next level of success.

The Opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant:
- We will train, coach and mentor you to build strong and lasting client and candidate relationships. Over time, you will be able to spot a sales opportunity, qualify a lead and turn candidate and client conversations into a lucrative pipeline and ultimately successful sales. You will be working on some of the biggest and most innovative Automation projects in the contract recruitment world currently. We set the pace but you define your day. This is a role for someone who knows that they desire to make a success of themselves and over time, earn a six figure salary.
What you need to know about this Recruitment Consultant opportunity:
- This is a phone based role. We work as a team and enjoy collaborating in the office, but there are opportunities to work from home when you know what you are doing and have mastered your craft
- You need to feel that with training, you can handle yourself in front of a client, build credibility and have consultative conversations
- You will be placing skilled Automation Engineering professionals into well paid contract recruitment roles - but first you need to understand what clients are hiring and what project they need to deliver against
- We are looking for someone who can pick things up, put them into practise and then look for a better way to carry out a process
- This is not your normal 9 to 5 - to get the best takes time, dedication and a work smart approach
- There are NO barriers to your progression - move from a 360 Recruitment Consultant into pure Business Development (if that is what you want to do). We keep everything simple - overachieve and then move to the next level
