Job description

For our growing Elementary School we are seeking a committed and qualified English-speaking Elementary School teacher (m | f | d).

Your area of responsibility 

• class teaching in a range of subjects, including English, Mathematics and Science, differentiating and supporting as required in order to help students to reach their potential

• planning lessons in collaboration with other teachers, focusing on student learning and development

• taking on pastoral responsibilities as a homeroom teacher

• reporting to parents

• attending school events

• completing other tasks that arise in an all-day school

The ideal candidate

• has a teaching qualification with a focus on Elementary Education

• has a native level command of English

• is able to work with students whose first language is not English

• is experienced in teaching heterogeneous learning groups

• has strong IT skills in order to fully utilise our well-equipped and modern school environment

• is enthusiastic, reliable, flexible, open to change and a good team player

• has at least a basic command of German or is willing to learn German
