Job Description
- Support account managers, ensuring top-tier customer service
- Coordinate and facilitate sales operations, input data in CRM system.
- Manage customer portal updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and surpass business expectations
- Oversee sales data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and proposals
- Support the sales team in meeting sales objectives and goals
- Liaise with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Promote the company's products within the industrial/manufacturing industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
- Proven experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong excel skills
- A knack for fostering strong customer and internal relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software
