As Joint CEO, you will be an exceptional leader who can guide us through the reopening of our new building as we approach completion of a multi-year redevelopment.
You will lead on strategic planning and overseeing all operational and administrative functions of the organisation including new ambitions to embed equality, diversity and inclusion at the core of everything we do. You will also identify innovative ways of diversifying income generation and ensure our financial viability and resilience in challenging times for the performing arts sector.
Our ideal candidate will have successfully led a team through a period of change and expansion and established strategic partnerships at the highest political level and with funding bodies.
This is an incredible opportunity to co-lead one of Scotland’s most celebrated producing theatres through a new and historic chapter in its story.
