Job description
Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting Employment Officers on a permanent full-time basis with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
- Provide participants with exceptional support, enabling participants to secure and sustain employment in the job they want.
- Have a particular focus on securing jobs for participants, and promoting learning and work experience to ensure individual goals are achieved.
- Engage with parents, employers, and carers to ensure opportunities and outcomes can be achieved by participants professionally.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Maths and English minimum.
- 1-year minimum of paid experience working in assisting individuals into work, liaising with employers, or people with learning disabilities.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills along with presentation and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrable knowledge and articulation of the principles of supported employment.
- Flexibility to working hours and travel.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.
