Job description

Job Role: Care Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated person to join our office team as our Care Administrator, to work alongside our Senior Care Administrator and management team to support with managing and carrying out all administrative tasks for our service users and Patients.

Ideally, you’ll have worked in a homecare setting and hold a Care Certificate or a QCF Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care or working towards it.

You're a friendly person and a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure, uses initiative and is organized.

You’re good at dealing with all sorts of people – face-to-face, on the phone, or by email and have a good understanding of Microsoft, Excel, and previous administrative experience and skills to succeed in this role. Homecare software is desirable but not essential.

You like the idea of being part of a friendly team, working together, and contributing to the success of our care agency.

As a Care Administrator, with a Care Certificate or a QCF Level qualification in Health & Social Care, you’ll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our service users and patients deserve.

In this varied role:
Have a Care Certificate or a QCF Level 2 or above, [Training can be provided]

Willingness and flexibility to support with care appointments inside & outside of office hours, when required to meet our care charter.

Required to attend to our clients to perform reviews and other requirements.

Knowledge of accurately organizing documents, files, and reports, including filing, scanning, answering the telephone, photocopying, and destroying documents and files when due.

Computer literate and have good office skills.

Ability to produce accurate and thorough spreadsheet reports.

To manage all care assistant's required training standards.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, CSV reporting, you will be required to demonstrate KPI performance reports duties which are delegated by our Managing Director.

Ability to perform Quarterly Audits

Office working Hours:: 8:00-16:00 (Mon-Fri) full-time

Extra Overtime: Available during weekdays & at weekends
Driving license required
Own motor vehicle required
Paid monthly travel & business when attending reviews or appointments
