Job description
3PL Resources, part of the Cathay Group, are recruiting a Administrator for our large warehousing and distribution company that is located in Wellesbourne, to work directly for them on a full-time ongoing basis. You will be joining a large but friendly team within a warehouse setting.
Pay rates: £10.42
Experience as a Admin is desirable
Must have the Eligibility to work in the UK
Must be fully flexible
Working Hours 07:30-16:00
What you will be doing:
- Possess a good level or spoken and written English and be computer literate with a good knowledge of office platforms and outlook
- To support the general admin function within Amethyst including raising of orders, updating activity trackers and internal systems
- To be the main contact for customer service for key accounts and provide a high quality service.
- Liaising with warehouse, bookings and transport departments to improve the service provided
- Have a positive attitude and good organisational skills
- To work well as part of a team
- Proactively resolving customer queries in a timely manor
- Ensure the daily running of processing, printing and dispatching of orders
- Data input and monitoring of internal systems
- Other admin duties as required
- Build a strong rapport with customers
- Continuously improve customer service levels
- Improve productivity within admin and improve daily running of accounts with new ideas
