Job description
A unique opportunity has arisen to work for a growing construction management company. Our Client has nearly doubled their turnover in the last couple of years which shows promising pipeline of work.
They are seeking multiple Contracts Manager to manage the works across the London Home counties predominantly around the Ilford/Essex areas.
Job Description:
- Traveling to multiple sites (London/Home counties)
- Client facing /stakeholder management (local authorities)
- Programme Planning and management
- Commercial Planning
- Implement ideas and manage preparation of early warning and change instruction in collaboration with commercial team
- Manage the Company’s obligations and rights under the terms of the contract.
- Act as a visibly strong leader of HSQ&E, promoting high standards of health and safety and environmental management by undertaking regular site visits and coaching teams.
Requirements
- Must have CSCS card, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection
- Be familiar in producing and updating programmes using Microsoft Project.
- Good H&S awareness including producing CPHSP’s and all associated documentation.
- Must be willing to travel – as most sites are around London/Home counties
- Previously worked on Local authority projects such as Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential
- Worked in a client facing role
- Strong Stakeholder management experience
IT/Computer literate
- Worked on Refurb projects involving M&E
