Position: Project Manager

Location: London

Salary: £45k - £55k + Competitive Benefits Package

Role Overview:

Join a dynamic London-based Project Management team in this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate should bring a minimum of 5+ years of experience, demonstrating self-motivation and confidence in managing multiple projects within the education, residential, and healthcare sectors. Essential skills include pre- and post-contract expertise, along with a solid understanding and experience of working with local authorities and healthcare Trusts. Occasional UK travel may be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day project delivery
• Actively engaging with clients, fostering growth, and maintaining robust client relationships
• Developing and executing project management strategies
• Establishing effective processes and systems for seamless project implementation
• Producing insightful cost plans, feasibilities, and optioneering solutions
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on Change Management
• Managing risk processes and implementing Value Management
• Collaborating with the supply chain and executing efficient procurement
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and designers
• Managing sub-consultants and Construction Managers
• Chairing and participating in meetings

Skills & Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience
• Outstanding verbal, numerical, and report/proposal writing skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both with client teams and within a team-based environment
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Flexible and able to work effectively under deadlines
• Successful management and prioritisation of multiple projects at various stages of delivery
• Proficiency in large project delivery (up to £100m)
• Experience with JCT and NEC
• Familiarity with BTR projects
• Previous work within a multi-disciplinary organisation
• Contribution to the development of new business opportunities with existing and new clients
• Identification and pursuit of cross-selling opportunities
• Construction related degree
