Senior Building Services Manager

Manchester

£75,000- £85,000 + Car allowance + Benefits

Senior Building Services Manager required to take a lead in the North West region for a Tier 1 contractor managing projects across the North West and leading the way within the business services division. You will take a lead on all projects inception to completion and should have preconstruction/estimating experience alongside operational experience and fully competent in the delivery of MEP projects.

This is an exciting position, and we would also be interested in hearing Senior MEP Project Manager / Senior M&E Contracts Manager, should you not have experience working for a main contractor as a BSM.

You will be responsible for

Senior level Project management

MEP design reviews and working with design consultants

Managing the MEP Team

Attending all site and client meetings

Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.

To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with Value Engineering

Full management and selection of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant external / internal agents

Health and Safety input at a strategic level

Quality

Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project and working close with the commercial team

Preconstruction
