Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering growth within our dynamic co-working environment. We are seeking a motivated, organised, and sales-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and members.
You will have the opportunity to work in a bustling co-working space, complete with private events space, training facilities, and an innovation hub.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting tours for potential members and event guests, showcasing the benefits of our memberships and event spaces.
Efficiently managing the bookings diary to ensure optimal utilisation of our facilities.
Preparing accurate quotes for memberships and event bookings.
Providing dedicated account management for conference and event bookings, as well as ongoing support for our members.
Conducting proactive sales research to identify opportunities for our flagship events.
Securing sponsorship packages for our two flagship events annually.
Assisting in operational activities related to event delivery and maintaining the environment for co-working and permanent desk residents.

Person Specification:

Highly motivated and tenacious, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve results.
Previous experience in events or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
