Senior Project Manager

About the role:
Due to continued success, and an ever-growing cohort of public sector partnerships, we are recruiting for additional project managers to join our high performing team. We have vacancies for Graduate and Senior Project Managers, to help us deliver a wide variety of construction, regeneration, and energy projects. This role involves delivery of capital projects from concept to completion.
As a Senior Project manager, work closely with our public sector partners to undertake feasibility studies for a range of projects, developing a clear and concise brief with a realistic budget. You will coordinate the appointment of the design team and tier one contractors. Following appointment you will manage the design process through all RIBA stages, you will manage risk and programme and will work closely with the Project Quantity Surveyor, providing the necessary input to allow the delivery costs of the projects to challenged, to ensure value for money is achieved.
Following the pre-construction stage you will manage the delivery of the scheme through to completion and during the defects period.
About you
You’ll have previous leadership experience in the construction industry, along with a degree in a built environment discipline or relevant trade expertise. Ability to supervise projects from inception to completion, whilst exemplifying our commitment to Health & Safety, and ensuring quality and best practice will be second nature to you. Above all, you’ll be a confident and credible communicator, who can explain complex issues to clients at all levels of business.
