FIXED TERM POST
GRADE F POINT 1 TO 4 (£33,024 - £35,745 FTE, PRO RATA £29,006.75 TO £32,246.80)
HOURS OF WORK 37 HOURS PER WEEK
MONDAY - FRIDAY/ TERM TIME (40 WEEKS)
WORKING HOURS: 08:00 to 16:00 (Mon to Thurs) 08:00 to 15:30 Friday
West Lakes Academy are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated person to join the Attendance Team. This is a key role in providing a welcoming and safe environment for staff, students and visitors.
The successful candidate will:

· Have a focus on developing effective relationships with students and families
Essential requirements include:
· Relevant NVQ 4 or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
· Up to date knowledge and understanding of the practices and procedures within education relating to the welfare, safety and education of pupils.
Previous experience is desirable however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
