Job Title: Site Manager

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Thetford

Salary: £45k-£55k (Depending on experience)

Company & Project:

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to work for a hybrid construction worker. The ideal candidate will have experience working on both residential and commercial projects ideally or come from a design and build background.

Duties & Responsibilities (including and not limited to) of a Site Manager:

• Assess the quality of work
• Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
• Assist the contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure that all operations are carried out in line with health and safety standards
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed
• Conduct tool box meetings, health & safety training
• Site inductions and site training are conducted as necessary
• Ensure the highest standards of quality

Desirable Experience of a Site Manager:

• Relevant experience working on both residential and commercial projects as a senior site manager
• Strong communication skills with good interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel) etc.

Qualifications & Skills of a Site Manager:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
