Job description
Proven Project Management experience (including outsourcing)
Experience in change management, efficiency reviews and/or operational reviews (organisation-wide or departmental)
Experience of using Microsoft applications (MS Project / email / word / excel)
Educated to GCSE/O level and A level (or equivalent) standard including English Language & Mathematics at GCSE
Knowledge of the financial services market
Knowledge of the health insurance market
Skills & Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts with people at all levels
Completer/finisher who is flexible, focussed and able to prioritise effectively
Learns quickly, enjoys responsibility with the ability to show initiative and make decisions
Ability to lead discussions on department & company wide matters and exert appropriate influence

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, working closely with all departments within the company, the Project Manager will support the business by driving process improvement through the management and delivery of projects on behalf of the company.
