Job description
Do you have a passion for helping others and want to join a company that cares? This Care Homes Group is one of the UK\'s leading providers of nursing, residential, and dementia care. We are seeking an enthusiastic Credit Controller to join our established team at our head office in Colchester.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and actively collect trade debtors across the business
- Liaise with families, homes, and local authorities/CCGs to facilitate cash collection
- Actively use Homecare to record and monitor collections
- Review Top 50 accounts weekly
- Respond to queries in a timely manner
- Reconcile accounts
- Forecast monthly monies
- Achieve targeted cash collections
- Raise Final Accounts as and when required
- Assist other team members as and when required
- Other tasks as directed by the Credit Manager
Skills you\'ll need:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel skills
- Good communicator
- Self-motivated
- Likely to have some reconciliation expertise
