Store Manager
Store: Specsavers Tetbury
*New store opening April 2024*
Potential start date as soon as possible – initial training will start in Specsavers Stroud before store opening
Hours: Full time – 40 hours a week (saturday working is essential – may require sundays in future)
Salary: uo to £30,0000 depending on experience + performance related bonus

Experience: Current or previous optical & management experience is essential

As a Practice Manager at Specsavers you’ll bring the energy to motivate and encourage the wider team, ensuring our high standards are maintained at all times.
Leadership skills are crucial. This means leading by example and inspiring others to strive for excellence, providing the best possible customer care.
With your previous management experience and solid knowledge of what an excellent store looks like – you’ll manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial & performance goals are met, develop commercial opportunities and support with the recruitment & induction of new staff members.
We’re looking for an expert team leader who is organised, approachable and supportive – making people feel confident and free to input their ideas and suggestions.
