We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Classroom Teacher who is passionate about education and capable of teaching both Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2) students. The successful candidate will join our enthusiastic team of educators and contribute to the holistic development of our students.
Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in both KS1 and KS2.
- Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress to inform future planning and decision-making.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, including those related to behavior management, safeguarding, and health and safety.
Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching both KS1 and KS2 students in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and proficiency in delivering curriculum-aligned lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Effective classroom management skills and a proactive approach to addressing student needs and challenges.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
