Qualifications:

• MBBS qualification and GMC registration.
• CCT in Adult Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
• Substantial experience as a Consultant in Adult Psychiatry, particularly in an inpatient setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
