Our client, based in Belfast is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
The duties of the role will typically include but are not exclusive to;
- Updating and maintaining branch records, databases and excel spreadsheets. They will liaise with internal and external stakeholders in both the public and private sectors across the UK by phone and e-mail. They will use the databases and excel spreadsheets to produce weekly reports.
- Reconciliation and processing of invoices.
- Production and administration of staff passes ensuring all records are accurate and kept up to date.
- They will monitor and review branch processes to identify any issues and raise those with line management.
- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use own initiative
Wage:- £11.99ph (weekly)

- Laganside House, Belfast, BT1 3LA.
Start Date:
- ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
- 6 months, with possible extension
Work Pattern:
- Monday to Friday on a flexible pattern between 8am and 6pm.
- 37hr per week
