Planning Lawyer

Venn Group’s specialist Legal team are currently working with a Local Authority based in Berkshire, who are known for their welcoming and experienced team, to recruit for a Planning Lawyer.

Role details:

• Full time (part time candidates will be considered)
• 3 months contract (with the likelihood to extend)
• remote

Responsibilities of Planning Lawyer:

• Give advice to officers, Senior Managers or Members of the Council on planning matters,
• Manage demands and deliver a caseload of general planning matters,
• Proactively report to clients and management on the progress of work,
• Offer support and guidance to less experienced members of the team

Essential:

• Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx professional
• Must have local government experience
• Must have Planning law experience
