Location: Gillingham, Kent

Remuneration: £12-13 UDA 

Description: Full-time Locum Dentist required for 4 days per week in a PREDOMINANTLY PRIVATE, busy, well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Gillingham, Kent.
•    £12-13 UDA 
•    Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and half day Friday
•    50% - 55% split on private and labs. More private than UDAs expected
•    Digital x-rays
•    Rotary endo
•    Full support team including hygienist
•    Existing well maintained list
•    Ideally candidates will have 3+ years’ experience within Private/UK mixed practice
•    Maternity cover 6 months
•    At least 2 – 3 years’ experience

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
