HOUSING REPAIRS MANAGER
Up to £51,515 per annum, plus casual car user allowance
Are you a repairs professional looking for a challenge or a development opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced Housing Repairs Manager to lead the delivery of our responsive repairs service. This is an ideal role for a proactive and energetic candidate who can drive transformational change and lead teams to deliver high quality services.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and qualified building professional with experience of delivering similar services within a housing or similar environment. Your main focus will be on delivering a high quality responsive repairs and planned maintenance service for our housing stock of 6500.
You will have a good track record of managing and motivating successful teams and improving performance. You will have an excellent and up to date knowledge of contracts and contract management, relevant legislation, procedures and good practice relevant to the post, as well as experience of managing and monitoring both revenue and capital budgets.
