**Your Role:**
- Welcome customers into the showroom, engaging professionally to understand their specific requirements.
- Drive the sale of used vehicles, maximizing earning opportunities.
- Conduct professional test drives organising the sales of vehicles
- Act as a stellar company representative, maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom.
**The Ideal Candidate:**
- No motor industry experience required – full training provided.
- Face-to-face retail sales experience and job stability are advantageous.
- Must hold a full and valid UK driving license.
- Well-presented, hardworking, and highly motivated team player.
- Build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Work under a support structure to maximize potential.
- Confident, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Driven, determined to succeed, and achieve targets.
- Skilled in negotiation and driving sales.
