About the role
As the Commercial Manager you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of our project delivery plans, along with driving and delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll get to work on

Managing the portfolio of project delivery plans making sure actions are completed

Supporting the development and maintenance of the project delivery plans using knowledge of the cadent business plan and regulatory requirements

Engaging teams to deliver objectives compliantly in line with plan

Identifying, analysing, and interpreting relevant data to drive departmental direction aligning to wider business strategies

Driving delivery to meet projected outcomes whilst managing risks, dependencies, and constraints

Preparing and communicating consolidated status reports to the relevant governance and wider stakeholders

Developing and embedding effective sustaining measures to ensure successful delivery of the business benefits associated with each project

Utilising accurate data to drive initiatives to improve performance

Designing, driving, and ensuring delivery to key improvement initiatives, championing knowledge share and continual improvement throughout

Identifying, analysing, and interpreting relevant data to drive departmental direction aligning to wider strategies
Who are we looking for
-
Educated to degree level or equivalent commercial / contract experience

Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2/APM) or equivalent experience
-
Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures
-
Understanding of Commercial processes

Understanding of the regulatory environment

Proven verbal and written communication skills
