ob Description We're looking for a self-motivated and strategically astute Graduate who will thrive in being in the heart of Chief Information Office team.
You will work alongside our experienced business analysts on business change initiatives, implementing changes to business operations, processes, and systems.
You will join our Bright Futures Graduate Programme, where we aim to fulfil your potential. We'll encourage you to develop innovative ways of working across diverse projects enabling you to carry out a breadth of analytical activities to support the delivery of change initiatives.
Role Requirements This unique three-year graduate programme also offers you a place on our business skills academy, which provides the opportunity to complete a Business Analyst Apprenticeship rich in theory and interactive learning experiences.

• Carry out a full range of analytical activities, including, conducting research, analysing information, and producing requirement definition documentation.
• Identify and analyse of business problems and definition of future states and solutions.
• Conduct requirements engineering through a variety of methods to form user stories. • Deliver continuous improvements to drive the efficiency of business processes.

You will need to have a zest for learning and a willingness to become a real expert and insurance professional.
You will need to be a graduate with at least a 2.2 bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
