Hitchin - Commutable from Luton, Stevenage, Bedford, Biggleswade,
Salary: Totally Negotiable - £14.00 p/h

My client is looking for a Deputy Manager to help oversee their small care home in Hitchin. The home offers residential and residential dementia care for residents.
The company you will be working with has good reputation in the area for providing positive, personalised care. Their objective is to make a real difference to the lives of their residents and have been doing so successfully for many years. The ideal candidate will be flexible enough to work both supernumerary and on the floor. My client values candidates that share a passion for delivering the highest standard of care.
The successful Deputy Manager candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Experience working as a Deputy Manager at a Nursing home / Residential home
- Experience working in elderly/ dementia care and mental health care
- Draw on their experience and knowledge to provide excellent care to residents
- Oversee care planning, care delivery etc to elderly residents
- Manage teams of nurses and carers
Ideal candidates should have worked as a Deputy Manager in the Hertfordshire/ Bedfordshire area
