We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor based near Crawley. The business undertakes projects across a range of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare and residential, with projects typically valuing up to £10mil. The projects are typically administered via JCT forms of contract and are usually within an hours radius of Crawley.
Having recently secured a couple of key project wins, they're now looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into the team to manage one of a variety of schemes in the region. You'll be reporting into the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for a more junior member of staff.
In return, they're looking to reward the successful candidate with a salary of up to £65k + package and the opportunity to work with a regional business with a good pipeline of work in the region.
