Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for a Facilities Engineer to work in their leading facility in Droitwich.


For the successful Facilities Engineer our client is offering:
i. £45,000 to £50,000 per annum (DOE)
ii. 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
iii. Permanent position
iv. Free parking
v. Annual 5% bonus 
vi. Benefits package including life assurance and health care cover 
vii. Pension matched up to 8% 



The Role - Facilities Engineer:
i. Maintain and provide support to troubleshooting on utilities plant
ii. Provide support to site to identify and carry out corrective actions following audits or incidents
iii. Resolve breakdowns relating to Utilities plant
iv. Required to be subject matter expert, Key support in RCA process delivery and standard running conditions
v. Responsible for corrective maintenance, to ensure all outstanding work is completed
vi. Control of contractors for utilities-related works

What our client is looking for in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
i. Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL 
ii. Experience within the manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL 
iii. Utilities/Boiler/Refrigeration/Water systems/PSSR/LOLER experience - ESSENTIAL 
iv. Food/FMCG background - DESIRABLE 
v. IOSHH/Nebosh - DESIRABLE 
vi. Must be happy to work in a cold environment - ESSENTIAL
