We are recruiting for an Education Programme Lead to join our Education team at Aylesbury office on a 6 Month FTC. This role offers hybrid working, working within a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic team....

About the role …

This role is primarily responsible for leading the education plan for Store Operations ensuring we are inspiring stores to consistently delivery the Sally Europe experience to every customer. The role will work closely with the channel to identify critical goals and objectives in order to drive sales through education across Store Operations. A secondary element to this role is the management of our existing external customer education proposition, working with the Head of Product Education on its future direction and strategy to maximise added value and business performance.

Key Responsibilities …

• Define and execute the education plan for Store Operations, working with stakeholders to define the goals and objectives for the year
• Ensure the education plan accurately reflects the needs of the channel and appropriate ways of working are in place
• Continue to evolve and review the plan regularly with stakeholders to improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of all training content developed and delivered
• Work in partnership with the Merchandising Team to ensure successful launches across Sally Europe
• Own the launch and communication plan around all education landing in Store Operations
• Work in conjunction with suppliers to improve/create new Education courses and develop and deliver ways of improving the customer experience
• Conduct regular visits to store training rooms and provide recommendations for improvement
• In collaboration with the Head of Education and other Education Programme Leads define the future external education proposition

About you …

• Background in Learning and Development and knowledge of industry and suppliers
• Strong planning and project management experience
• Experience of writing communications and internally marketing learning offers
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong administrative and PC skills
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
