Salary: £56,784 per annum

We're partnering with a leading food manufacturer known for their dedication to quality and innovation. They're seeking an Engineering Maintenance Manager to join their dynamic team and ensure smooth operations at their facilities. 

 

Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for leading, planning, and co-ordinating the activities of the Maintenance Teams.
• Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of the Preventative Planned Maintenance Schedule.
• Opportunity to work cross functionally with all teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiates.

Requirements:  

• Educated to HNC/HND level in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years proven management experience in an FMCG
• Confident communicator with a personable and professional manner.
