Your new company
If successful, you will join a Primary School with an outstanding reputation in Bath as a General Teaching Assistant. The school aims to ensure not only academic success, but also focusses on the social progression and happiness of all pupils. You will be required to work on a full-time basis, 5 days per week. You will be required to start this role as soon as possible, but the school are willing to wait for the right person.
Your new role

As a General Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting the classroom teacher in setting up activities, encouraging engagement and providing general support. You will be supporting children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. You will need to have good communication skills as you will be regularly communicating with children, teachers and parents.
What you\'ll need to succeed

• You should have experience in a classroom setting within the last 2 years.
• You should feel confident working with children in small groups.
• You will need to be professional at all times, as well as friendly and enthusiastic.
• You will need to be able to communicate effectively with staff, children and parents.
