The Role

As a Deputy Manager for Tenpin, you will be responsible for ensuring ourcustomers have a great time when they visit us! The ideal Deputy Manager willbe driven, passionate and have a natural ability to create a fun environmentfor both our customers and team.

Whilst working at Tenpin, you will support the General Manager inmanaging the day-to-day operation of our centre including the development andgrowth of our people, sales and profits. You will:

• Assumeday-to-day responsibility for the operational management of the centre
• Striveto achieve a culture that is totally focused on the delivery of the bestpossible level of customer service
• Leadthe team by example ensuring everyone works together effectively
• To supportthe delivery of the company strategy
• Deputisein the absence of the General Manager
• Undertakeownership for own training and development to grow into the future role ofGeneral Manager
• Supportthe General Manager in the achievement of all budgets, targets and KPI’s
• Providesupport to the team in various departments as and when required
• Takeresponsibility for ensuring that all policies, procedures, controls andcompliance areas are adhered to on a daily basis

Skills You Need

• Havea minimum of 1 years’ experience in a management role, ideally withinleisure, hospitality or retail
• Passionateabout delivering exceptional customer service
• Haveexperience in leading and developing large teams
• Fullof determination, enthusiasm and patience!
• Beambitious and want to progress!
