Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Up to £45 per hour
Plymouth - Hybrid Working
UK's one of the top Defense and Military based company is urgently looking for a CONTRACT Assistant Quantity Surveyor, to assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing pre-tender estimates, cost planning, and modelling design options. The company is an expert in managing complex infrastructure related to Defense, Nuclear, Military & Marine.
They're working at the forefront of the defense technology industry and this role would be responsible for reviewing and monitoring project costs, compile tenders, negotiate, and conduct commercial and subcontractor claim reviews.
Skills Required:
Compile pre-tender infrastructure estimates and support tender compilation.
Contribute to Monthly Reports for client and Project Management
Review subcontractor cost plans and align with baselines.
Support commercial lead in contract negotiation.
Maintain control baselines and recommend corrective actions.
