Are you an experienced Shift Engineer with a Mechanical background looking for a new challenge?

TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation looking for a Shift Engineer with Mechanical Bias to work in Salford; Manchester on a temp to perm basis paying £19 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems is essential.
• Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment
• Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA’s
• Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA’s
• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO 9001 & 14,001
• Ability to measure, work to plans ( method statements), read technical diagrams and communicate, present and report technical information as appropriate to trade/ skill

What We Require?

• Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
• FM Industry experience
• Carry out Maintenance and Reactive Calls
• Undertake general plumbing tasks as part of the role and
• General mechanical tasks
