The Company:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator / Principal Estimator to join a Main Contractor in the Coventry area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload in the public, regulated and private sectors. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
My client enjoys a c£150 million turnover out of the Coventry area with projects ranging from £2 Mil - £50 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial & retail.
About The Role:
As a Senior Estimator / Principal Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands Region. Your focus is:
• Creating and understanding specifications.
• Building relationships with clients.
• Pricing form data and proposing these to clients.
• Completing a range of Churches from design through to the construction phase.
• Reporting and working closely with the Director.
About You:
• Experience presenting quotes and specifications to clients.
• Live in a commutable distance to Coventry
• Understanding and creating specifications.
• Experience working on New Build Industrial projects.
• Experience working on Multi-room Schemes (Preferred but not essential)
• Excellent Construction industry knowledge.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within Estimating.
• Great technical knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
