Job description
Saltzman's Watches in Newport, Rhode Island is looking for 1 part time employee, to work in our Newport store. This position would be primarily weekends (Saturday and Sundays) only through our offseason (January - April). The ideal candidate would be able to transition to a full time schedule come May of 2023. Our business is growing and coming into the summer months we are looking for a highly motivated individual that enjoy working with the public and have a good sense of customer service. This store is open 7 days a week plus holidays during the busy spring and summer months, with a reduced schedule in the late fall through early spring. A valuable candidate will have experience working in customer service, retail or hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
watch and accessory sales
watch battery replacement
watch band replacement and sizing
watch repair estimates when needed
