#L1-Hybrid

Permanent - 37.5 hours per week - working a shift pattern 0700 - 1800 Monday - Friday. You will also work a Saturday shift approximately 1 in every 4 weeks, covering the hours of 0900 - 1700. In addition, provide cover during bank holidays and be on call 1 in every 4 Sundays from the hours of 0600 - 1800.

The role is to provide our customers with an exceptional experience for every contact. The IT Service Desk Analyst will assist stakeholders with all 1st line support for all incidents and Service Requests, together with some 2nd and 3rd line support.

The IT Service Desk Analyst will be self motivated and always strive to exceed stakeholders expectations by providing solutions, whether in person or remotely or by other means necessary to deliver consistent and superior service within agreed timeframes.
