What will I be doing?
- Manage a manageable caseload of around 20 cases.
- Utilise resources and technology to empower families.
- Assess and safeguard children at risk, adhering to legal and ethical frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of other social workers, potentially including student supervision.
- Champion the Signs of Safety methodology.
- Effectively communicate with service users and other professionals.
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in CIN/CP work.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Ideally, local residency in the Southwest of England (due to potential emergency response needs).
