Job description
InterQuest are supporting a reputable global consultancy firm who are looking for a Senior Auditor in Nottingham, Leeds or Newcastle . The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified Accountant and have experience within a similar Audit role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex audits at client sites, adhering to Internal Audit standards.
- Lead teams to deliver high-quality audits within set timelines and budgets.
- Understand key risks and controls in the Client's Annual Audit Plan.
- Draft and review audit planning documents for Client/Management approval.
- Prepare audit reports and working paper files within SLA on assigned audits.
- Lead and supervise junior staff, providing motivation, discipline, and guidance.
- Provide job training for auditors, including junior team members.
- Conduct audits in more complex and specialized areas.
- Assist management in ensuring timely and budgeted completion of assignments.
