Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Planner / Administrator for a job based in Sheffield area to work within the planning department of a Facilities Management company.
About The Job: The role is an amalgamation of planning & general administration within a large Facilities Management company.
Planning: - The role of the Planner monitors and administers the scheduling of work for the engineers and operatives who are working on the regeneration of various areas of the city.
- Arranging jobs & ensuring engineers attend.
- Planning appointments to follow up on various work if needed.
- Invoice admin & POs.
- Liaison with clients & customers.
Administration:
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly and ensure the branch effectively communicates in all aspects.
- General administration of day-to-day tasks on the contract.
- Data entry.
- Record, investigate and close out all issues, concerns, and/or complaints.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Ordering stationery.
- To respond to the changing needs of the customer, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
- Minute/note-taking in meetings.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
- £13.07p/h + Holiday pay.
- Weekly pay.
About You:

- Microsoft Office & data entry.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- A team player who can support and promote corporate objectives.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in supporting operational teams.
- Experience in planning, organizing, and prioritizing workload, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
A DBS certificate would be preferred, although this is not essential to the role. If you do not hold one, it would need to be applied for before obtaining the role.
