Salary: up to £25,000
The Role
- Keeping the online success portal relevant and up to date
- Researching and writing user documentation
- Creating training materials e.g. videos
- Writing announcements around new feature releases
- Writing announcements around important announcements
- Maintaining the online user group
- Arranging in-person user group events
- Visits to client sites to provide in-person training
- Managing social media accounts
Key Skills/Experience
- 1+ years’ experience working in a technical environment
- Experience writing customer-facing articles
- Knowledge and understanding of SaaS products
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Impeccable written skills
- Good understanding of technical terminology
