How much will I earn?
We operate a market-leading commission scheme that will allow you to earn up to 40% of all your billings. You’ll be supported to become a true specialist in your field and exponentially increase your earning potential over time.

Not only do we offer very favourable percentages, but it’s easier to earn commission here because of our large and highly skilled marketing and support teams.

If you are someone who detests the admin side of the job, you’ll love us – because not only will we format CVs for you and handle all your job adverts and postings, but we’ll also run candidate generation campaigns to add to your funnel (half of all candidates reaching interview stage are typically generated by our marketing team) and provide support with building client relationships.

Who are we looking for?

• You will have a growth mindset, be a team player, and be truly down-to-earth – you’ll then slot nicely into our close-knit team of award-winning recruiters and support team members.
• Experience of working in a 360-recruitment role
• Varied candidate resourcing skills (e.g. internal database, job boards, LinkedIn)
• A self-starter, just as comfortable and productive working remotely as you are in the office
• You’ll be resilient to the highs and lows of recruitment, recognising that it won’t be easy every single day

This role will especially suit you if you are a recruiter with a track record of success – not necessarily in the legal sector – who wants to earn more money, in an environment free of arbitrary KPIs, spend less time in the office, and more time with family or friends (or just have a bit more time for you!), and work for a business with a strong sense of purpose and social impact.
