Operations Coordinator
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
£24,000 Per annum.
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator for our Newark based client on a full time basis (part time also considered). You will be joining a friendly, welcoming team in a varied and exciting role.
THE ROLE
As Operations Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Data Entry and rate loading to be implemented on a range of Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Analysing data and providing advice for key stakeholders on how to use various systems
- Responding to inbound queries via telephone, live chat, email, web forms
- Supporting the team on projects and working to deadlines
- Dealing with complaints efficiently and effectively
- Confidently and accurately sourcing information and providing your knowledge on a B2B and B2C basis via telephone and email to make sure that precise information is recorded
THE CANDIDATE
Experience required to be a successful Operations Coordinator includes:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Accurate data analyser to maintain consistency to updating data between systems
- Experience of the customer service industry
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Clear and confident telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
