THE ROLE Within the Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure team, which covers construction, project development, acquisition and financing across the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors (both UK and international). Clients include major development finance institutions, governments, commercial banks, investment funds and industrial developers. The team works with specialists in tax, environmental law, real estate, corporate, regulation and competition, offering a totally integrated service and a strong industry focus. You will work alongside several leading lawyers and the real estate team and have the opportunity to be involved with multi-billion-pound projects with prestigious clients as well as interesting and complex work for government agencies. ABOUT YOU A lawyer with 1-5pqe gained within a City or national firm, you will have expertise in Project Development and/or Project Finance.
