Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading specialist manufacturer in their search for a Business Development Manager to work from their office in Wrexham For the successful Business Development Manager our client is offering:

1. Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
2. 4 day working week, Monday to Thursday 7am till 5:15pm
3. Permanent
4. 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays

The Role – Business Development Manager:

1. Business development & B2B sales
2. Customer Service & account management
3. Be the primary point of contact for customers
4. Schedule and conduct ad hoc customer visits within the  UK and Europe
5. Manage, develop and train a sales team
6. Technically minded understanding and selling products on technical merits
7. May be a requirement to travel to Europe as/when necessary either to complete training and/or group meetings

What our client is looking for in a Business Development Manager:

1. Experience in a similar role with the Automotive Manufacturing sector – ESSENTIAL
2. Previous B2B sales/account management experience –  ESSENTIAL
3. Full UK Drivers licence –  ESSENTIAL
4. Knowledge of Engineering/ industrial sector 
5. Willingness to travel to the UK and work away from home
6. Proficiency in multi-media and ICT skills
