Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
The Role
- Building relationships and sales with a large customer base
- Developing new business from qualified leads & incoming calls.
- Engaging with clients, understanding the client’s needs
- Giving online demonstrations of how the services work
- Over the phone you will be able to engage clients in needs based conversations & give online demonstrations of how our Job
- Upselling premium products
The Person
- Friendly and outgoing
- 1+ years’ experience in telesales or a similar role
- Exceptional phone manner
- Puts the client first
- Takes ownership and is accountable to targets
- A good knowledge of IT systems
- Can demonstrate success in an outbound telesales environment
- Passionate
