Job Title: SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant

Location : Coventry, UK

Duration: 6+ month contract with Inside IR35

Mode : Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)

 

 

Role Requirements

8 – 10 years of experience in SAP HCM ( & Payroll) Consulting and project delivery.

Job Description

Strong configuration and functional knowledge of SAP HCM, especially Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management (TM) and Organizational Management (OM).

Good experience in SAP Payroll implementation projects

Experience of the full project life-cycle stages: requirements analysis, process design, blueprint documentation, specification of required developments, gap analysis, configuration, testing and production support.

Awareness of applying Data Protection legislation and Security principles to ensure appropriate management of Personal Data.

Exposure to UK Payroll integration processes (Payments, RTI and Pension Auto Enrolment) will be preferred.

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other additional modules will be preferred.

Able to Connect to with business & Enabling Functions

Familiarized with the usage of agile methods, continuous integration & delivery
