Due to the ongoing growth of the business we are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full responsibility for a client portfolio as well as business development of new accounts
- Deliver exceptionally high levels of client and candidate service
- Develop and nurture relationships at executive level across the market
- Play a full part in the ongoing development of the Maven Partners Offshore brand
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A good academic background
- A demonstrable track record of success as a recruitment consultant ideally within the financial services industry
- Ideally a minimum of 2-5 years previous recruitment experience within the Executive Search industry or a closely related business
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Passionate, driven, committed to client excellence and eager to grow
- A strong professional network and a natural flair for “networking”
- You will need to be self-motivated, results driven, comfortable operating at a fast pace and have excellent influencing and selling skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being highly organised
